New datacollector, analyser, balancer and signal recorder in one unit !

A4900 - Vibrio III - Expert System and Stroboscope built-in!

A4900 - Vibrio III is so easy that anybody can learn it very quickly. We use traffic-light colours green, orange and red to display the status. Determination of individual machine or bearings defect types is done directly during operation, without a need to use a computer or software.

A3700
	Adash 3700 series is the revolution in On-line monitoring systems field. Incredible power enables to evaluate hundreds of measurements in a short time period as never before. The A3716 measurement unit is the heart of the system.The unit measures 16 AC channels synchronously as well as 16 DC channels for process values. The 100 GB Hard drive allows to save every measured data without restriction. The 1GB Ethernet and OPC interface is used for data communication. The software A3750 is designed for data collection control from A3716 units. The number of units is not limited. You may measure on thousands channels. The standard data acquisition DDS software is used for further evaluation of measured data. Notise, that only one DDS software is used for all Adash measurement analysers and online units. The software A3760 displays actual measured data and trends in control rooms. The user can define various panels with graphs. The A3700 system is designed for three basic ways to use: 1. The user connect the monitor, keyboard, mouse to A3716 unit and uses it as a portable 16 channel (or more) analyzer. 2. On-line monitoring system with connected sensors (usually accelerometers). 3. On-line monitoring system as an addition to a protection system. Analog outputs from protection system are connected to the A3716 inputs. The protection system of any producer can be used.

A4101 Pro Set - Low cost solution in box. The Datacollector (route measurements) + Analyzer + Balancer in one portable instrument. Additionally the powerfull data acquisiton software DDS2007.
	The Adash 4101 Pro is a portable data collector and vibration analyser. It is intended for identification of bearing condition, lubrication and mechanical defects of the machines. The instrument measures overall values, FFT spectra and time signals. It also contains the single and two plane balancing procedures. It has very easy operation. The software system DDS 2007 represents a very powerful tool to archiving and evaluating the data of the vibration and technical diagnostics. It supports Off-line as well as On-line measuring systems. It contains all functions necessary for data archiving evaluation and analysis.

A4910 Lubri - Instrument for monitoring and control of lubrication process
	The main use of the A4910 - Lubri is in lubrication replenishment process. During this process the instrument measures the actual lubrication of a bearing and tells the operator when the amount of lubricant is ideal. This way it is ensured that we do not under or over lubricate. The instrument enables you to make the whole lubricating process simpler, and decrease lubricant costs and machine maintenance costs. The instrument enables performing measurements of rolling bearing conditions too. The instrument is simple to operate, and user’s training takes only several minutes.
